Who are DAIS Records?
Dais Records, founded in 2007, focuses on new and old, identifying rare, lost or forgotten music while retaining an impressive roster of new and influential artists.
RETROSPEKT worked with Dais to help them put their unique spin on the CP-81 cassette player which comes kitted with matching headphones and an exclusive cassette tape featuring never-before-heard songs, remixes and demos from Dais artists.
The Product
The Dais x Retrospekt Portable Cassette Player is a limited edition release of only 1000 of CP-81 cassette players, reimagined with a new graphic design in white, with rose-adorned artwork by Dais creative director Nathaniel Young.
The device features all of the core cassette player functions, packaged with adjustable Dais branded headphones and an exclusive 19-track compilation cassette of unreleased material from Dais Records roster.
Limited to 1000 units. Tape not sold separately.
