Domestic (Canada):

For orders shipping in Canada, we recommend using Standard shipping option. It may be slower than Canada Post, but unlike Canada Post, it includes full insurance for lost or damaged parcels.

  1. Standard - includes full insurance coverage for lost or damaged parcels, for the full value of the purchase
  2. Canada Post Expedited Parcel - includes insurance up to CAD $100 for lost parcels. No coverage for damaged parcels.

 

US Shipping

  1. Standard International - includes full insurance coverage for lost or damaged parcels, for the full value of the purchase
  2. Canada Post Tracked Packet USA - includes insurance up to CAD $100 for lost parcels. No coverage for damaged parcels.
  3. Canada Post Xpresspost USA - includes insurance up to CAD $100 for lost parcels. No coverage for damaged parcels.

 

International Shipping

  • We now offer only 2 shipping options. Both include tracking and insurance up to CAD $100 for lost parcels. No coverage for damaged parcels.
  • If you want to contact us for more details on shipping to far-away countries, we respond within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Schedule

The schedule below applies to the following:

  • If you selected Standard Shipping at checkout
  • If you selected   Expedited Parcel or Regular Parcel at checkout
  • All free shipping

Our shipping partners collect shipments from us on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

If you're planning to make a purchase that is time sensitive and has to be delivered by a specific date, we suggest you contact us via website chat and we'll see what we can do to prioritize your shipment.

 

Xpresspost and Priority Shipping

If you selected Xpresspost or Priority shipping at checkout, you can expect to have your order shipped the next business day.


Other Shipping Details

We ship from Toronto, ON and we ship within Canada and the continental US.

We dispatch our orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

For the most accurate shipping estimates, we suggest starting a shopping cart and entering your postal code.

Shipping Within Canada:

  • Items purchased outside of sale events, with value over $150 (before taxes) and under 3 kg get free Standard courier shipping.
  • Bulkier items such as turntables, speakers, subwoofers or audio stands do not get free shipping due to their heavy weight. However, you can always reach out to us via online chat or email to see if we can work out a better shipping price for you.
  • Discounted promotions are exempt from free shipping.

 

Shipping to the continental U.S.

We use USPS and our courier partners to ship to the continental U.S. 

Example delivery times (based on actual past deliveries):

Toronto - Houston, TX: 4-7 business days
Toronto - San Francisco, CA: 4-7 business days

Regular sale orders (i.e. products which are not part of discounted promotions) with value over USD $109 get free Standard courier shipping.

 

International shipping

International shipping rates on our website are provided by Canada Post, which are generally expensive, However, you can always reach out to us via online chat or email to see if we can work out a better shipping price for you.

 

Shipping Insurance

We offer our customers shipping insurance through Route Package Protection, at additional cost. The purpose of it is to protect your shipment from porch theft or loss or damage to merchandise during shipping.

Your parcel is insured only if you opted to purchase the additional Package Protection from Route.

How does it work?

Route Package Protection is pre-selected by default in the cart and we recommend keeping it. Shipping insurance is no longer free with any shipper, so the purpose Route Package Insurance of it is to ensure you will receive refund or replacement in case of porch theft, loss or damage in transit.

If you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection, you agree to waive any claim to refund or replacement if the shipment is stolen, lost or damaged in transit.

 

What to do if your purchase is stolen, arrived damaged or lost in transit. 

    If your purchase was stolen, lost in transit or you received a damaged item, please follow these steps.
