No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products marked as final sale, unless otherwise stated in specific product listings or required by applicable laws.

Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. However, High Fidelity Vinyl does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchase does not match its listed description, your sole remedy is to contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item for assistance.

Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that a product you receive is defective or damaged and this defect is not stated in the listing, please contact our customer service within 7 days with evidence of the defect or damage. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement, store credit, or other remedy in accordance with applicable laws.
