We Are Rewind Warranty
All We Are Rewind cassette players are covered by 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
We offer warranty for We Are Rewind products against manufacturing defects and workmanship to the initial purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to customer. We will facilitate the repair or replacement of units as necessary to restore proper operation.
This warranty covers both parts and labor for the warranty period. The warranty excludes physical damage caused by accident or abuse outside of our control.
Replacements on defective players:
We honour replacements in case of damaged, incorrectly shipped or defective units.
Defective units:
Because sometimes it's just a faulty product.
Replacement
If the merchandise is defective we will happily exchange it for you. You are eligible for a free replacement with the same item.

Returns are subject to approval, so contact us at contact@highfidelityvinyl.store and we will instruct you on the process.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return label with the tracking number.
Replacement will be sent after the return tracking shows progress.
Refunds
In case the product is defective and you don't want a replacement, our policy entitles you to a refund minus the shipping costs. Please read carefully below and follow the steps:
- Send us an email with the following information:
- Order number
- Serial number of the defective unit
- Describe the issue
- Attach the video that shows the issue
- Send it to contact@highfidelityvinyl.store
- We will respond to you within 24 hours, to initiate the return
- We will provide you with the return address
- The cost of the return shipment is paid by you and is not refundable
- Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it is defective as described. When we confirm the defect on our end, you will be issued the refund, minus the original shipping and handling costs.
