Retrospekt Products Warranty info

All CP-81 models come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship of the unit.

 

The limited warranty excludes any damage caused by the owner/customer modifying, attempting to fix, neglecting (e.g. dropping, mishandling, etc.), or otherwise altering the product in any way.

 

This warranty info can also be found in the user manual that comes packaged with each player.

 

If you encounter issues that appear to fall under the umbrella of manufacturing defects, and is within the 1 year of the purchase date, you're entitled to a free replacement.
