Canada Post / UPS / USPS insurance
If you selected Canada Post / UPS shipping option and checkout, you are covered for loss in transit of up to $100 value.If you've not received the package by estimated arrival date, please let us know and we will launch an investigation with Canada Post / UPS.
USPS / UPS Deliveries to United States:
If your package tracking shows that the package was delivered but can not be found, we unfortunately can not do anything about tat since UPS and USPS do not provide photo proof of delivery.
Shipment Insurance
Shipments sent using Standard shipping are automatically insured against loss in transit and damages, for the full value of the purchase for up to 90 days from the date of shipping.If you've not received the package by estimated arrival date, please let us know no later than 90 days from the ship date and we will launch an investigation with the shipper.
Please note: claims for lost or damaged parcels must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than 90 days from the ship date.
Loss in Transit:
if your tracking link shows parcel not delivered AND it has passed the delivery time frame, reach out to us and we will launch an investigation.If by day 21 from the original shipping date you've still not received your shipment, you will receive a replacement or a refund (if the original item is no longer in stock).
Part of this process is obtaining an affidavit from you that you have not received the order. This step is in place to prevent insurance fraud. It is also necessary so that we can issue you the refund or send a replacement.
The whole process consists of the 5 simple steps:
1. Send us an email confirming that you have not received your purchase
2. On the 21st day from the ship date we can start the claim
3. Once we start the claim, you will receive the email from the insurance company asking you to sign an affidavit
4. You submit an affidavit
5. We send you a replacement / issue refund
Damage in transit:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos or the outside of the package as well as damages to the contents and send it to contact@highfidelityvinyl.store immediately. We will start the damage claim immediately with the shipping company and provide you with a free replacement or a refund.Part of this process is obtaining an affidavit from you that the parcel was damaged upon arrival. This step is in place to prevent insurance fraud. It is also necessary so that we can issue you the refund or send a replacement.

- Send us an email confirming that the parcel and the merchandise was damaged upon arrival. Please provide detailed photos that show the following:
- Damages to the merchandise
- Damages to the packaging
- We start the claim immediately
- Once we start the claim, you will receive the email from the insurance company asking you to sign an affidavit
- You submit an affidavit
- We send you a replacement / issue refund
Delivered but can not be found (Canada only):
NOTE: This policy applies only to shipments sent within Canada, using a Standard shipping courier.
If your tracking shows item delivered but you can not find it, please inform us immediately. We will launch an investigation with the shipper. The investigation usually takes 2-5 business days and if your package is found not delivered it will you will be issued a free replacement or a refund.
If the investigation provides the proof of delivery (in form of a photo) your package will be considered stolen which falls outside of our coverage policy.
